Bombay Flames is owned and operated by Chef Sandeep Singh. Chef Sandeep is a certified chef from India.

The chef began his career working in the world famous TAJ Group of Hotels in India. He spent 7 years in their world-class restaurants.

After leaving TAJ Hotels, Chef Sandeep worked on Carnival Cruise Lines, serving his signature Indian dishes for 3 years.

After Carnival, he moved to Atlanta and worked 11 years in a top Indian restaurant before opening Bombay Flames. His menu includes unique North Indian and Indian-style Chinese dishes - including exclusive signature items.
